Job Summary
The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting expertise, hands-on knowledge of GST and TDS, and the ability to manage and lead an accounts team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations of the organization
- Supervise and guide the accounts team
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns and statutory compliances
- Handle TDS deductions, payments, and returns
- Maintain books of accounts and reconcile ledgers
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and summaries
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and bankers
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Support management in financial planning and reporting
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial records
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Inter CA qualification (mandatory)
- Strong working knowledge of GST and TDS
- Experience in staff management and team handling
- Leadership and coordination skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP) and MS Excel
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and compliance orientation
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years of experience in accounting and taxation
- Experience in manufacturing or jewellery industry (preferred)
- Hands-on experience in GST and TDS compliance
- Proven ability to manage a team and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
