Salary : ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in export invoice preparation, customs duty calculations, freight and sea shipment booking, and end-to-end handling of import–export operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare export invoices, packing lists, and related documentation
• Handle import and export shipments end-to-end
• Calculate customs duty and coordinate with CHA
• Book freight and manage sea shipment logistics
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents
• Track shipment status and ensure timely deliveries
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, customs, and export regulations
• Maintain records of all import–export transactions
• Handle bill of lading, shipping bills, and related documents
• Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch and documentation
• Resolve shipment-related issues and discrepancies

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of export invoice preparation
• Experience in customs duty calculation
• Knowledge of freight booking and sea shipment procedures
• Hands-on experience in import–export documentation
• Familiarity with customs regulations and procedures
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Attention to detail and compliance orientation

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in import–export operations
• Experience in manufacturing or jewellery industry (preferred)
• Experience working with CHA and freight forwarders
• Ability to handle multiple shipments and deadlines
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
